Refund and Returns Policy
Feeble Attempt is individually owned/operated by artist Cat V. Everything in the shop is made-to-order; especially for you!
Handmade items: This includes pet paintings and costume ears. These items due to their deeply personal/personalized nature are all sales final. If there is an issue or the item arrives damaged, please contact me and I will guide you through the steps of repair.
Illustrated Merch: For all other items When you place an order, I submit the work to a professional print shop and they take the payment from me to send the product to you. Therefore; I cannot accept returns personally/to my home and have to abide by the printshop’s policy outlined below.
I highly recommend washing the item upon arrival to ensure the design remains intact. A former print shop I used’s screenprint started cracking upon the second wash but it was past the 30 day period so nothing could be done. I have not had this issue occur after switching providers but it is better to be safe while we can do something about it.
Printshop Return Policy

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If there is a problem with an order
If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch within 30 days of product delivery and include a detailed description of the item error with detailed photos. Printify offers a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
ThisNew provides warranty and after-sales service for the products we shipped out. Please be aware of the important notice below:
If you received a flawed product, please contact customer service within 2 weeks of receipt. Tell us about the details and provide relevant pictures and proof. ThisNew will provide the after-service according to your submission details.
Note: ThisNew takes no responsibility for the loss, damage of goods, late delivery, because of forces major as pandemic, earthquake, natural disaster, war, and country policy.
